Maybe Belt Or Bearing

Hey guys

I’m probably gone to sound like a special kid explaining this so here me out. I have been hearing this noise out of the front of my grill when my truck is idling. The best was I can explain it is like there’s a cord getting hit by the fan every time it goes around. I can hear it real well when in front of my truck but when I pop the hood I can’t hear it from the top only through the front grill. I am not sure if the -33*c whether has anything to do with it or it’s something else. My belt looks fine and there’s no squeal coming from it. Any ideas, I am sure when it’s not stupidly cold I can find the prob but just seeing if anyone experienced this.
