Well, I got some insignificant info here, thought I'd pass along.

93 & Stricklin: The #93 car will change numbers to #23 next year.

Dramatic paint scheme change on #28: The 10 or so year old Black Texaco\Havoline scheme on the #28 Ford will be no more, due to a merger between Texaco inc. and Chevron.

Donlavey sues Hills Bros.: Team owner Junie Donlavey is suing Sara Lee inc. (parent co. of Hills Bros.) for $300k that the company withled away from Donavey. Also, Sara Lee Sent a letter to Donlavey demanding around $130k(per race)restitution from the 5 races Rick Mast ran with Hills Bros. Decals.

Any thoughts?

1) Ehhh, number change.

2) Ehhh, new paint. it happens every once in a while

3) If anyone messes with Junie Donlavy, I hope that there will be an outcry in the garage and Hills Bros. can cancel their racing program from now on. That man is an icon in NASCAR. Integrity has to replace the Dollar Sign at some point.

In all honesty, He's not doing so good as a team owner as of late. But as a Fellow-Richmonder, I like him and take a real interest in things that happen involving him. Plus like you said, Friz, he has a good history in this sport.

Besides, I've never even heard of Hills Bros. anyway! :D

He hasn't done well as an owner in a loooooong time. What he has done is produce good rookies. A lot of of the big name teams have helped fund him to put "Joe Shimoloki" in a car for two or three races so he'll see what WC is about.
