It's been in Congress since 2007.

It can't even get a co-sponsor, it won't even get a vote.

ZERO chance of getting passed....Hell...When ESPN reports it instead of a normal news outlet...You know it's not news.

  I found an odor eliminator spray that neutralizes unwanted smells pretty well. Using it with the car's AC running helps to distribute it evenly around the cabin.
