Hid Light Kit

would i need to get a hid wiring harness or is the stock harness good

 

 

That is the question i would like to know also, ive talked to people that have installed them and they say no, waste of money, then other people swear by them....

I have had two vehicle with HID's and neither one had a HID wiring harness and I have never had any problems. My last truck (05 Toyota X-runner) had 4300K headlights and 3000K foglights and not one issue ever.

I thought HID's were not recommended in the high beams due to them being switched on & off,on & off,etc.

I thought it wasn't good for them? :lol:

i just put mine in two days ago :lol: but now when i drive at night i can help but feel like the right side is brighter than the left and when i pull up to the door one is facing down but it was not like this before i did the hid's :)

From what I have heard before is that the drivers side headlight is pointed towards the middle a bit more to reduce blinding oncoming traffic.

That could possibly make it look like less light.
