Restuffing The Seats Or Seat Cover Removal?

Just bought a 2009 Silverado. Been too long since I've owned a Chebby, and it won't ever be that long again!

I've got some arthritis in my lower back and the lumbar pressure hurts. I've got the lumbar dialed all the way "back" to minimize this, but it's still too much. I need a soft, gentle curve.

I need to get into the guts of the seat to see if I can change the minimum lumbar setting or even restuff the seat.

Does anyone know how to get the OEM seat covers off of the seats? Looks like I should start with the seat back, but I don't find any screws or clips. Should I just start prying or is there a secret to it?
