2003 Silverado 5.3 has Reduced Power message on the DIC. Scanner readout says code P1518. Checked the main fuse panel under the hood and found the ETC/ECM 15amp fuse was blown, replaced fuse turned key on and the fuse blew again. Anyone know what system this fuse is for?
