99 Suburban Seats

My front leather seats in my 99 Suburban are looking pretty poor, with cracked leather and wear areas. I was wondering what affordable solutions other owners have tried, and what their satisfaction was.

 

I was considering replacing the seats with used ones from either a junkyard, or other used parts supplier. Does anyone know what other year model seats would fit into my vehicle with little or no modification?

 

Has anyone used a good seatcover that they were happy with? My only experiences have been with cheaper seatcovers, and the fit and look was not good.
