Help!

Need some help. I have a gmc w4500 with a 6.0 Its the same as a 3500 truck.

If you clear the codes it works till you turn the key off then when you start it back up the pedal will not work. I have checked every wire on it replace the throttle body.

I have a new pedal on it's way but not sure if that is it. It has a new batterie new alternator.can n/e one help

I dont think so. I may be at fault but i have checked every wire with a meter
