Vibration At 40mph 2002 Sierra

I have been living with this for years and finally heard that there was a service bulletin out on it. I have a 2002 Sierra 1500, extended cab, v6.

The issue is right around 40mph there is a vibration through the truck, from what I have read is a harmonic vibration. I took my truck in when it was under warranty back in 04 to have them check it out and they basically said they couldn't do anything. Does anyone have a copy of the TSB that was released about this. I have seen it started with the 99 model until possibly 04. Would I have any shot of getting them to fix it on their dime since I did report it under warranty? If not, any idea what it would cost me?

i got a copy somewhere but cant find it. Basically if its the same noise im thinking of is there is to be a flex pipe installed on the exhaust to cut down on the harmonic noises. This should have been done in the first place, not one of GM's smartest ideas, especially seeing theyve had 4.3l experince since the dawn of dinosaurs.

Anyways I asked the dealer how much it would cost and he quoted me a ridiculously high price.. if you get the TSB post it up here, id like to have it back, i think there was important info on installing the flex pipes.

oh btw.

its DEFINATELY not going to be paid for by GM. its not one of those type of problems, ive been through it.
