Safety commitee...

Have you all heard the talk about a safety commitee in NASCAR?  What do yall think about it?

I think it's a good idea.  I never really thought about it until i heard it mentioned on one of the NASCAR shows before the race.  Getting some people outside the sport, NASCAR officials, owners, and probably most important, some drivers could only lead to good things.

I have mixed feelings about that. I peronally think that's Mike Helton's job, But if he feels that he can't do that properly, then it's a great Idea.

The idea I really liked was DW's idea about inspecting the cars with the drivers strapped in with helmet and all. I think that would help.

Yeah, I think DW's idea is good too.  Like he said, different people look at different things.
