'98 Chev 4x4 Turnsignal/brake Issue

I have a 1998 Chev Silverado. I had the batter die on me a month ago, left a accessory in the lighter and it was really cold out for the week. It was deader than dead. Anyways charged up the batter and it started no issues. Shortly after I noticed that the rear right turnsignal was not working. Figured the bulb had burned out. Changed the bulb, not the issue. So I pulled out a tester and found there was no voltage on the pin that controls the turnsignal/brake light.

Can anyone give me some suggestions as where to start? Could it be as simple as a fuse?? The left rear light works fine, and the front right turnsignal is working fine too (although blinking fast).l

There was no voltage before or after the tail light circuit board? The circuit boards are know to go bad.

Disregard the fast blink, it is just relling you another light is out on the circuit. (Less resistance on the relay)

Thanks, yeah I know about the fast blink thats what lead me to changing the light bulb.

I only checked for voltage at the connector on the bulb housing. Where would I find the boards?

I had a similar problem on my '99 C2500. I finally just said the hell with, cut the wires, and ran all new from just in front of the harness back.

So there was a little T splitter inbetween the rear lights, for the trailer harness. The T splitter literally started to split on the right side causing the contact inside to not make contact. I pulled it out and reconnected up the two tail lights and everything is fine. I just cant hook up a trailer right now, so I will have to find a new splitter.

THanks for the help.

Cheers
