It's almost that time

I'm actually more of a baseball fan but I love to watch football no matter who's playing.

With the season just around the corner I'd like to see some picks as to who thinks which teams are going to do good and which ones are going to disappoint.

Personally,I'm a Dallas Cowboys fan tried and true and although I know they won't do very well this season,I think they can surprise a few people as long as Tony Banks doesn't try to do to much.

Who does everyone pick out of each conference to go to the show and who are your personal favorites?

Try not to show any home town bias.

I know my picks aren't exactly risks but seeing how injuries have played out to this point of the year,I think the Buccaneers and the titans (although I hate them) are going to be playing for it all in January.

I'm a baseball fan as well. I really prefer college or highschool sports to professional sports though. College football is real football as far as I'm concerned. Many pros, in my opinion, play for the cash while the younger players play for the love of the game.

saying that; our favorite pro football team is the Green Bay Packers.

I don't like pro football all that much, but I guess you could say the Bears are my team.  My prediction, they will suck once again!

 Well my favorite team from last season was the Las Vegas Outlaws, followed by the LA Extreme and San Francisco Demons.  This year I like the NY/NJ Hitmen's chances and the Memphis Maniax.

  This season of the XFL is going to prove that Vince McMahon, Vito Basil and Dick Ebersol have their fingers on the pulse of America.  The XFL, with Jesse Ventura and Matt "Soft Rock" Vasergian telling the story will prove that visionaries with billions CAN replace an American institution with more cameras, thongs and sideline interviews to be the dominant brand of professional football and.....what?......they lost ? million?.....oh......nevermind-

I do like the camera work the XFL does, but it's hard to get into it with teams and players I've never heard of...it's more like watching a video game...

As for the NFL...how 'bout them Saints??  Will this be Ricky Williams' year?

I read they are trying to trade him.  That would be too much of a good thing so it won't happen.

ever since they got cade i have hated the bears.  They wasted a draft pick.  

Also i am bitter that they didnt pick randy moss.  I dont care if he got in trouble a few times.  I bet someone is kicking themself now.

I root on minnesota when i watch the nfl.  I am still a bears fan at heart (85 was the team i remember that yr like it was yesterday and i was only 6 at the time)

I still have the superbowl shuffle record.

No offense guys (no pun intended) but Randy Moss would have faired worse with the Bears that McNown has.

He can be a good quarterback but he has to have more than one reciever as a weapon and some protection too.

Frank he sucks.  He flat out sucks.  He couldnt hit the side of a barn from 15 yards out.

Ive seen many a bears games/practices/scrimmages on tv (news and games) and he underthrows overthrows.  Did i mention he likes to park in handicap parking places??? He made the NFL and he now thinks he is the $hit.  Listen to him on interviews.  To darn cocky.

I know alot of bears fan and everyone of them can not stand him.  

I say TRADE HIM let him get good somewhere else.
