706 Castech Heads

I have a 2003 Silverado with 124000 on it. It has been loosing coolant for the last month or two. Pulled the valve covers today, there is jell build up on the valve covers and you can see coolant in the bottom of the oil retun holes. These heads have a 706 casting. Can I use the heads with 862 casting and get away from this problem when I chahnge them out? Will a set of remfg. heads work ok with out any problems?

Thanks

I just went through the same thing on my 2003 Silverado 168K, except where I was an idiot and did not fully clean out the bolt holes and hydraulic split my block. So if you want some 706 heads that have been tested and valve job complete let me know, comes with bolts and head gaskets
