2008 Silverado 1500 Leaking Water From Rear Of Cab

After a couple days of rain, I've noticed my headliner is wet in both corners and the middle. I've read that other people have had similar problems that was caused by the 3rd taillight. I could see if just the lower corners were wet, but on mine, the upper corners of the headliner are getting wet also. Would a third taillight problem be causing this too? I have an extended cab, with no sunroof, the seals around the windows and doors seem good. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
