2003 Envoy Reg - Hatch & Glass Won't Open

I have a 2003 Envoy std wheelbase and the hatch/glass will not open. When I unlock the doors with either the remote or interior lock button, I hear the actuator moving inside the hatch. If I push the unlock button just below the rear class, I hear nothing. The hatch and Glass both act as if they are locked.

 

Might there be a TSB on this?
