P0446 Code, Problems Filling Gas Tank

I have a 2004 Colorado, the truck has been getting a P0446 code on occasion. Now the code is on all the time and I cannot fill the gas tank at a normal pace. Gas blows out of the nozzle. I have researched and it seems that the general population seems to say it would be the EVAP canister vent solenoid valve. Anyone that has had the same problem I would appreciate some feedback. If anyone has a P/N for this valve I would appreciate it. The local dealer told me $175 for a new valve. I am sure I can find one cheaper some where, just need the P/N. Thanks, Ken
