Colorado Sel On P0449 Error Code

Hey guys,

 

I have a 2005 Chevy Colorado and my service engine light came on awhile ago and it is popping the error code P0449. I don't believe its the gas cap because I have already changed it out. I have heard that it could be the vent valve solenoid?? Where is that and can it be easily fixed? I really don't want to take it to the dealer and would rather fix it myself. Any help would be really great.
