Spare Tire Hoist

I just picked up an '02 2500hd that is missing the spare tire and hoist. I found a wheel but am having trouble finding a hoist. Does anyone have any ideas? Also, the area wehre the hoist shaft connects to the rear bumper is a keylock system. I've never owned a truck with this setup before. All my others (all much older models) have always had a hole you stuck the lug wrench in to lower your spare. Can anyone offer any advice?

Salvage yard would be your best choice for the hoist. You remove the key... it opens the hole up and you use your jack crank to lower the hoist.
