My Truck Is Pulling To The Left When Braking...

I guess there's something wrong with the right caliper. Pads are pretty new, as well as recently replaced rotors.

Are there any common things to look for as to why the truck would pull left on braking?

I would check the front brake lines. Very common problem on the GMT400 series trucks.

I would bet $20 that is your problem.

Check your upper and lower control arm bushings. If they're good & tight then you probably need calipers; if you do... make sure you get both left and right, dont only replace one.

Edit: see bold above... that goes for the brake lines too. If the calipers look good and the pistons compress easily... i'll add another $20 to Robs original bet on the brake lines.

I have the same problem! So I just hold onto the wheel a little tighter when I stop  But for some reason it didn't do it today when I locked up the brakes to avoid broad-siding Officer Friendly who was driving like a jackass.
