I have a 08 chevy z71 with a 3 inch suspension lift was wondering if i would be able to fit 35's i have 33's on it now and it seems like it would have enough room but would like to make sure would be a expensive mistake if they dont clear was wondering if anyone has done this or has seen someone do this any input is appreciated thanks!!!!!

I really don't think they'll fit. I've read the new trucks have trouble fitting 35" tires with a 6" suspension lift. Also offset plays a big role on the whether or not the tires will rub. I'd consider a 3" body lift before trying the 35" tires.

Do you know anyone with 35" tires you could test fit?

+1. Odds are against it. My old 33's rubbed with 5" of lift. As you can see in my sig, I'm now running 35's with 9" of lift.

Sounds like you got your answer, but any good tire shop should be willing to throw one on your truck to check for rubbing. Once you have it up you might find that you don't mind the little bit of rub, say if it's just when you have the wheels cranked.

When you are trying to make a tight turn in a crowded parking lot and your new truck makes a god-awful sound when the tires start rubbing...you will care.
