Center Console Install & Wiring Options.....help

Hey folks I need some help. I have a 2009 Sierra and I am working on installing a center console so I can install my radios, light controls, etc. I just spent the last 2 hours tearing my truck apart looking for ways to mount the small metal console without many options other then drilling through the floor on the center hump and bolting it down. I haven't had a chance to jack the truck up and crawl under to see if I can even get access to the area to put bolt nuts on the underside. Anyone have any experience with this?

My other issue is getting a place where I can drill a considerable hole somewhere to run all the required cables through. I have seen some people drill next to the brake booster, however I have no clue how I could make the hole with a drill from either side due to room contraints. The other possible idea I came up with today was to drill a hole on the floor board passenger side in the upper corner and run everything in through there. Anyone have any experience with this either through amp install or other accessories? I have been working on this install for the last few weeks and haven't found an easy way to make it happen.
