Truck Still Creeking ?

Brought my truck in on tuesday to the dealer for the pillars popping out and the creeking inside the cab when going over rougher roads and bumps. well they are replacing the pillars and they didn't do anything for the creeking as they asked what i used to clean the plastic parts on the inside. they asked if i used armor-all and i said no as i use 303, saying that was causing the creeking. come-on seems like the whole cab inside rattles. showed them the tsb reports on both problems, have they said this to anyone else about that problem ?
