Denali Speaker Trim

I would like to add the chrome trim rings found on the 07-09 Denali door speakers to my Sierra. Does anyone know if this trim is a separate piece from the speaker grille? If so, does anyone have the P/N?

I could be wrong, but I think you'd have to replace the entire inner door panel to add those trim rings....

Well, that pretty much shoots down that idea. No way I am going to replace the entire panel.
