  1. OK question, I currently have a 2016 Sierra SLT and it has the Power heated turn signal and power fold features. If I change over to the tow mirros with same options, I don't think I will have to change the wiring harness will I? Iv seen some after market versions also, lot less than factory with all these options, should be just a plug and play? Anyone know for sure?
  2. Had the Magnaflow 12198 installed today, deleted flapper and resonator. Had pipes dumped before rear axle... Sounds good!
  3. I can tell you I have been dealing woth this for 2 months now. I went to a much more extreme on upgrade size with s 295/55/20 and had rub,So i don't like having this problem, I took to a chevy dealer who puts lots of after market wheels and tires. He could not explain it either. He has been having to make all kinds of mods to make lifts and tires work on trucks with Stamped arms.... Went to local 4wd off road parts and they advised need more off set to correct. So picked a wheel changed. This corrected the rub on a-frame, but just moved it to the sway bar. FInal solution was 285/55/20 with +18 offset wheels. Have spoken to multiple LIft mfg and they are still trying to get a grip on the whole stamped arm issue... Lots of things that worked before don't work not with different ball joint geometry. I added a ready lift 2.25 to front, but really want a 4". Waiting on more lift companies to come up with 2wd spindle lifts before making that jump.
  4. Ok so have finally got my rubbing issue fixed. After installing 295/55r20 Toyo open contry AT tires had rubbing on the a frame, So I installed 20 x9 XD Rockstar II with 18 offset. The tires now rubbing on Sway bar. So when back and replaced tires with 285/55r20 BFG AT K02's and all is well in the world. NO rubbing!... Satyed with just front lifted with ready lift 2.25" level kit, stock rear blocks.... Ground to fender edge in front 38 3/4" rears at 39 1/2 so only have a 3/4" rake... Here are some pics.....
  5. So here is the beast.... 2016 Stamped control arms 2wd 295/55r20 2.25 ready lift, tire hit and rub on sway bar..... going to 285/55r20
  6. So got programmer today, little confusing on how you have to record and download files , update it... Hope I got all correct

  9. Anyone have the remote keyless lock system on an ARE Z topper? wonder how you like?
  10. So have decided on a 4" suspension lift on my 2016 Sierra 2wd, most will allow me to use factory 20" wheels with 295/60R20 tires.... Raally dont need more than that.... really want spindles, just gotta wait till someone makes the kit that fits the stamped steel arms,,,, I even talked to Socal trucks in California to see how they were doing new trucks. they are installing aluminum lower control arms with kits to make fit. Would like to keep as many stock parts as I can.
