Hello everyone, I’m selling OEM GMC Sierra steps that I received with my new truck. The steps I am selling are brand new in the box, never been installed. I’d prefer to keep the sale local as the combined weight is over 80lbs and shipping these will be cumbersome and very expensive. I’m located in Northern California, near Sacramento. I’ve attached reference photos from a truck that has identical steps installed. According to GM’s website these steps will fit: 2019+ 1500 Crew Cab Sierra’s 2020+ 2500/3500 Crew Cab Sierra’s They should also fit a Silverado, but they have “Sierra” embossed into the step. 2014 Sierra. Got her back in December ‘13. So far, from what I remember: -Pinion Seal Replacement -Engine Replacement (Threw a rod around 30k) -Heated Seats Stopped Functioning -Plastic Panel behind drivers seat fell off -Passenger side window regulator & assembly failed -Sunroof wind deflectors tore, sunroof fails to open -AC Compressor died -AC Condenser died right after -Paint is chipping, completely falling off rear passenger side. -Various recalls (seat belt, airbags, seat movement, steering wheel power loss, etc..) Got the truck with 7 miles. Has right around 58k. It’s sitting at the dealer now, going on 9 days waiting for the condenser to come in. I love this truck, it’s been through a lot. But it’s been the most problematic ones i’ve ever owned.

Been 8 days since I dropped it off at the dealer. Part still hasn’t showed up. They’re assuring me it’ll show up today, but honestly I’m tired of hearing that. If it doesn’t show up today I’m picking my truck up. This is ridiculous.

My compressor blew a few days ago right around 57k. Got it fixed and the A/C was blowing ice cold, and was loving every second of it. About 3 days later (yesterday) my condenser failed. Now I'm back at the dealer, without a warranty I might add, getting that fixed too. GM needs to get it together. I really hope the new 2019's don't have these issues. For what it's worth I have a 2014, but I've seen these issues all the way up to the 17's.

However some items, like dual exhaust tips, make it seem like it’s for the new models. Oh well, guess we’ll just have to wait for the official announcement.

Did the order guide state the 2019 6.2L will have 450lb ft of torque? How’s that possible if the current 6.2 has 460lb ft?

You’re not. I could care less how everyone feels about them. I like them and they should offer them since the two major competitors already do.

My .02 for what it's worth. Nothing against glocks per say, however if you're going to carry with one in the pipe I've always been a fan and recommended an XD. Reason being I personally love the grip safety similar to the 1911's. It can be discerning to carry with a loaded firearm pointing at your precious jewels (assuming you carry AIWB) so the added grip safety brings a bit of comfort in an otherwise uncomfortable situation. This is simply a personal preference and I know there are guys out there that can't stand the grip safeties and regardless practice is the key when carrying. However, I personally don't own any glocks and will probably keep it that way. Beretta's, HK's, XD's etc. all have a place in my safe but for carrying I think the XD is a cheap (glock pricepoint), extremely reliable, safe and effective tool. For those living in free states, if the standard XD doesn't tickle your fancy, you also have other choices such as XD mod 2 and XDS. Not the case in California unless your pockets are deep and don't mind traveling around the state like a lunatic to find a specific firearm for PPT. As far as holsters go, again in my opinion, a lot of them are the same. You have low-end and high-end. Low end being the walmart $20 holsters you can buy off the shelf, and high-end being reputable custom holster makers such as Alien Gear, JM Custom Kydex, Harry's Holsters, etc. Just find what you prefer, I love my JM Custom Kydex.

I'm really curious to see if this is still an issue with 2017 models. If it hasn't been fixed yet I feel like it might be. Can anyone with a 2017 hd chime in? I wonder if it'll continue into 2018 models seeing as how there aren't any significant changes.

Thank you, 2.5" Rough Country leveling kit, 305/50r20 Toyo AT'2, 20x12's with a -44 offset. Yes lots of rubbing unfortunately. Trimming was involved in order to run this setup.

Haven't posted here in a while, but she also hasn't changed too much. Here's a few I snapped yesterday before I realized driving into a wet field right after washing your truck probably isn't the greatest idea in the world. Oh well.

The ARH Y pipe replaces the stock pipe that has the original cats. From there you can choose no cats or high flow cats. I went with high flows.

Finally got around to making a "proper" exhaust video. Cold start, revs, and wot. Not too shabby. Next up are those sweet Rigid fogs. Damn those things are bright..

I was glancing at this thread and it looks like a similar outcome with similar mods. This gentleman made 378rwhp & 413lb-ft. He also calculated a 21% drivetrain loss which translates to about 480hp & 520lb if you're talking crank horsepower/torque numbers. I'm assuming with the combination of the mods it was about 50ish horsepower gained give or take a few ponies due to tuning, wheel setups, etc.

Got her dyno'd this weekend. Making 380hp to the ground. For some reason they weren't giving torque numbers though..

Looks badass! Overall how difficult was the installation process? Did you have any fitment issues? I've been toying with the idea of getting one but I'm not sure how it'd look on my pickup.

I agree. The reps get my first vote, gunmetal 7's are an option if the reps aren't available. The DC-2's just don't cut it for these new trucks imo.

No problem. I don't see why not, it's just piping. From what I understand the DB series of exhaust systems was developed for the 07-13 body. The new "Sport" exhaust is for 14+.

Lucked out and found one on eBay from a parted out truck. From what I've seen they're impossible to come across unless you get the entire cat back system. Best of luck sir!
