    If you do that you might want to space out the amp and dsp away like 1/4" it will help with cooling

    Im not sure of that would work. No clue if the truck could regulate 2 might as well give it a try. Personally i would have wired it differantly and upgraded the ground and alt wire but thats just me

    Yes have the alt charge the oem battery where the sensor is Its all ive ever used. I used to compete in audio. Those batteries take a beating. That truck still has the original xs battery i put in it when i got it almlst 7 years ago. They tske a beating and last forever. Even longer if you get thr xs charger and do the maintenance charge every so often. Ues theyre a little expensive but they last way longer

    1 think i would change is the curcuit breakers. Those wear out.

    Ido see issues in your future from what i dealt with. Your sensor is on the battery that thr alt isnt hooked up to but if it works for now. Just run it until you have an issue. This was when i had single alt in my 07c.

    The sensor on the ground is what regulates it. Maybe im just not understanding how you have it but i know ive fought with that issie a bit a few years ago

    If you turn on the lights the voltage wont drop. Its been like this since 2005 models. I had single alt setup in my 07c then went to dual setup. Leaving the oem alt just to run the truck and the second alt ran thr audio. Then or course i went to quad setup. If you have any grounds to the frame that arent ran through the sensor, it will charge high and the batteries will swell in time and go out.

    I use android auto for that. Im am not tech savy 1 bit. And i use it super easy

    Hmm how long have you had it setup like this because you could be overcharging battery 2

    You only have 1 "frame ground" then? You didnt add another ground other than from battery 1 to battery 2?

    Are both grounds going through the battery current sensor? If not youll run into high charge issues

    No clue what youre saying. But if they made a panel with no hole id get it i dont use the radio

    Truck build may slow down just a bit since i picked this up

    Make sure the new hmi is programmed for it. Its also a good idea to have the radio module updated because if its not then the projection icon wont work which makes android auto and CarPlay work. Ihad to do that
