  1. A cheap heat gun from somewhere like harbor freight works well
  2. If I drive my truck like a mature person it’s super smooth taking off and stopping (especially if I run 89 octane). If I drive it like I stole it it gets all herky herky for a bit. Once I drive normal again it clears up. I’m just chalking it up to the transmission trying to save me gas and figuring out how I want it to drive. Honestly, I can live with it. Love everything else about it.
  3. I have one I’ll sell you for $100 plus shipping.
  4. True. I had an 85 short bed that was stolen. I’d still have it if it hadnt been. My 2018 reminds me of it because of the squareness. My 93 doesn’t seem all that square though....
  5. I have to agree. That is one heck of a strap.
  6. Leveled. 1.5 inch spacer under front strut.
  7. Kind of like an old Cadillac’s hearse, but a pick up.
  8. Cleaned it up. After taking it to Florida last week.
  9. Sharp truck. Replicas or factory wheels?
  10. Bad wheel bearing on trailer? Just wondering....
  11. I’ve seen them cheaper on amazon
  12. It’s just a difference in opinion. I’m older and to me removing the front air dam makes the truck look cheaper. In the 90s (when i was growing up) we bought spoilers to add to our vehicles.... i still do it to my muscle cars... in the 60s and 70s people lifted rear ends to give their vehicle some rake. Times and opinion just change. Anyway, To me having a front air dam makes the truck look more finished....
  13. This and take the Deezee emblem off.
  14. Dang it. Never mind. Mine is a 2wd.
  15. Leave the air dam especially since you have the mud guards. Hate to tell ya, but I didn’t have to undo the ball joint. Just the tie rod and shock.... looks good.
  16. Did u figure it out?
  17. Do the lights go out when u try to start it?
  18. Does it have an idler pulley? Might be a cheap stab in the dark. From what i hear I would almost put money on it being a pulley.
  19. That sure sounds like a pulley to me... any belt debris in that area?
  20. Just FYI. I went back and pinned the flapper open yesterday and there is definitely a helicopter sound. I wouldn’t want to run it in v4 without the flapper.
  21. Can’t tell any difference whatsoever
  22. I left the flapper in mine with flowmaster 50 and dual tail pipes.
  23. Put on a flowmaster 50 series. Single in dual out. Ran two pipes out the rear with Chevy stainless tips. I did leave the flapper on because I didn’t want drone. Sounds great!
