your not gonna get both......its one or the other if your getting anything over 6k off the price the rebates will be better deal....if your getting 10-12k off its not even close.....if you can get 0 % you can surely get 2 or 3% 45k at 3.11% @ 72 months is $4300 in interest over the life of the loan......so to pay full msrp and 0% is not the way the go..... the reason they do 0% is bank gets the rebates if you don't take them....or whoever does the paper, that's my understanding......they certainly aren't in this game to do it for free

i ran one tank of 91 and computer said i got best mileage thru that tank but i don't trust the computer as its great one day and horrible the next....same stretch of road at same speeds.....so one time isn't enough to convince me and i would have to do actual physical calculations......my 2019 RST was same to be fair, computer was all over the map depending on day it did seem to run a bit smoother on 91 as well but ive always ran 87 and only ran 1 tank of premium so its sure not enough to convince me.....ill try it a few more times with real calcs….am sure its same and only physcological at best

granted the computer on truck is a joke at calculation and not even close to being accurate.....ill have to fill up next time and physically do calculations but it says i am getting around 16-18 hwy but like 11-12 around town.....thought it would be better but it sure seems like i fill up quite a bit and with 36 gal tank its not too bad now but will be eventually.....and i drive with a light foot most of the time....i thought i would be averaging around 15-16 but more like 12 -13.....still under 2k miles on vehicle so maybe it will loosen up

crew cab std bed is a tough find.....used to be the norm and short box was hard to find, lol

you can still get a great deal its just tougher here.....contact a ****** ton of dealers thru email and see who bites or is willing.....its possible though....

I added " Chevrolet " to back tailgate in which I already had well before I bought the truck to put on my 1500.....it will remain stock for awhile....bedliner next week but that's a given, coilover suspension is first on list....

on side note the side steps they added to this years model are best thing to happen in truck world, especially tall trucks (and these are).....I use them all the time and friggen love it.....first week I kept stepping on tire because I forgot I even had them, lol....have no idea why they didn't do this 30yrs ago but that's another topic

how long from order to delivery on steps?......been waiting over 3 weeks for mine

sounds about same I was offered last august, I went RST route instead but both trucks were same MSRP and sell price

probably but doesn't hurt to ask....that's almost 16k and haven't seen anyone get that yet.....they will say this or that doesn't apply and they aren't going to want too that's for sure so may be a lil wait period to see if they call you back....bit of cat and mouse game, if you can hold out... your logic is to get the price down theirs is to raise it.....so contact multiple dealers with low offers and see who bites.... the less you care the better off you are....swipe left and next, same as them with customers......emotions kill car deals for consumers.....contact a ton of them with same one and see who bites.....it may take bit of time and bit of roller coaster ride

I got the conv 2 pkg and to be honest I really don't even use any of it.....stereo sounds a lil better, the rear window opening doesn't matter to me either.....my 2019 didn't have it and this one does have it.....I will probably never use it and the conv 2 pkg was must on this truck, I just had to have it, lol now I got it, meh.....not really a big deal having tons of extra stuff on a truck..... we don't get a ton of rain but my build date was 11/19 ....idk if that's early or late for HD trucks

not a fan RC and turning the keys 3 inches I believe is borderline.....a cheap kit at maximum height of a components capacity cant be a good combo it is a 60k truck....give it some respect, lol....JK....but seriously I would look into it a bit more to see what would be best.....torsion bars is new to me but RC isn't and they get lot of complaints, and have buddies who hated their stuff and swapped it out.... their shocks are junk I do know for sure...…..you get what you pay for, some will never notice so just depends what type you are.....its hard to tell what peoples expectations are on these forums....

I talked to a buddy from Edmonds and seems to think a dealer can add them.....but new bumpers and wiring seems like it would cost a lot more than than if you just got safety pkg....my 2019 had them my 2020 2500 doesn't, not huge deal but if it wasn't too much maybe

beautiful truck! today I hauled my first decent load for 150 miles, truck took it like a champ.....my 1500 would have never been able to do it or ride near as nice still waiting for my friggen steps I ordered from real truck though, getting irritated after seeing yours on the truck, lol

I got more than 5k off on my 2500 HD so on a 1500 should be able to do much much better.....in so cal which is even tougher and where i live is 10.25% tax...still came in under MSRP OTD..should be paying well under that for 1500 but at same time dealers aren't hurting quite as bad as media would lead you to believe.....sure the ones that are closed are and maybe some stragglers here and there but here mostly they are still selling trucks like crazy......and i see them on street every day, new trucks with temp plates everywhere....most of trucks i was looking at are sold now....within a week 10 HD trucks with similar pkg are all gone....some dealers never called me back when they had a for sure sale waiting.....idk how it all works but that's what i have seen here locally the truck i really wanted was at dealership in "the hood" and they wouldn't budge off MSRP.....amazing that an area with least amount of income and or credit is getting the highest figure for their vehicles....

these trucks have noisey power steering units..... different system than 1500s...I already knew before purchase so I guess I expected it, but it works fine so.... there is couple of threads or posts on it....

you thinks its possible I could just get upgrade to full floor console for bit of an upcharge?....idk what dept you work at over or is it not even worth bringing it up when I get there?

LT console opens, I specifically got this trim level because I am well aware of the custom trim that doesn't open....it has the latch, you can feel it wants too, but the pin is stuck or not engaging far enough to release it....I just traded in my 2019 RST with same console on the custom and WT there isn't even a latch to press....mine has latch its just stuck and I can get it open if I break it but then it becomes my problem....currently its theirs to deal with was just curious as to scoring the full floor console since they probably have to replace it anyway, I doubt they will even try and probably break it anyways, most likely they will just unbolt it from floor order the whole thing and send this one back....that's my guess anyway
