No, it won't. I ordered a 4" and 3" square tube plug and neither fit. It's not actually square, it's rectangle shaped. I got an ebay message from the company I bought the round and small rectangular plugs from asking if I could provide measurements of the larger rectangle plug and they would attempt to make the part. I had measured it prior to them messaging me, but now I have to re-measure and provide them pictures.

Atmosphere is not the trim piece, it's the brownish color interior available. You want Jet Black.

There are no clips. The emblem has them molded in. I replaced my Z71 with a black bowtie. I just reached my fingers through the holes above the emblem and pushed the tabs aside and out and it popped loose. The new emblem just pops right back into place.

The bottom side of the antenna plug in the picture has a tab you have to depress to pull it out. I can't tell if there's a locking tab to hold it in place, but it doesn't appear so. Why not use one of the adapters that just broadcasts the signal via FM via inline with the antenna plug. I haven't seen any of the inline antenna style in YEARS. I have one somewhere and it's the old style GM plug, it's changed since then.

Those are available as GM accessories and do have cutouts for the mud flaps except for behind the rear wheels. There is also a GM flare set that only add .75" of additional coverage. I found a set on ebay for $300. I don't know what they run through a dealer.

Actually there was a service bulletin about the bed being improperly positioned so it made it look like the wheel was sticking out farther on one side than the other. Measure from the frame to the rim on each side to make sure they're the same distance. The service bulletin was basically loosening up the bed bolts and shifting it to which ever side is not lined up.

FALSE! I have cheapo 194(aka T10) LED bulbs I bought in bulk off ebay. NO codes, NO Onstar messages. My reverse lights are just generic LED's from ebay as well.

I highly doubt it since if it's the 4.3 or 5.3 it's going to be the 6 speed trans and not the 8 speed the class action is about. If it's a 6.2 then it's the 10 speed and I'm not aware of any lawsuits against it. I personally love my 6.2/10 speed combo!

I can do both. Control them with the cargo light switch and when I put it in reverse they come on. Also when unlocking at night they come on since the reverse lights come on to light up behind the vehicle.

I used it because I'm using two different inputs on the same trigger terminal of the relay. I don't want to backfeed the other circuit when one is on. I don't know for sure it would cause an issue, but with how picky the electrical systems are on CAN bus vehicles, better safe than sorry. I pulled the signals from the wiring harness from the tail light to the plug under the bed. I purchased a replacement wire harness so should I ever need to take it to the dealer for any reason, I can pull the added wiring out and put it back to stock.

The 12V positive in the trailer harness is hot and you can pull power from there. I had to add a relay because I added 2 2" cube lights on the hitch and brighter LED lights for the Multi Flex tailgate lighting. I have them wired with diodes so they don't backfeed the normal circuits. I have them hooked to the reverse lights as well as the cargo light circuit.

Wrong connector. Try the one below it with the green and black wires with the two tabs on either side of the wires. Twist counter clockwise.

If you didn't have them before, they won't work without a cluster upgrade. There's a thread on here about the cluster upgrade and an additional wire needed through White Automotive.

Heat it with a heat gun for a minute or two to melt the blue lock tite. I read that suggestion on here before swapping mine for a leather wrapped one. I tried it cold first just to see if it would pop loose. It wasn't budging even trying to tighten it slightly. Hit with the heat gun and it came loose easily.

Because I don't have $160 and a half day to piss away with the dealer. The GM kit comes with the replacement light switch for the fogs. The problem is you have to turn them on EVERY time you turn the lights on or they come on automatically. That's super annoying so I just resolved the issue myself. Maybe eventually if I have extra time and money, I'll waste it getting it set up as intended. I thought the programming was included in the kit which is why it was so much. I couldn't find a clear answer on here or anywhere else until I went and asked the dealer.

Incorrect. You DO NOT need the OEM switch and BCM flash to use the Boost Auto diode. I didn't want to pay the dealer $160 to flash the BCM in addition to the $230 I already paid for factory fog kit. I actually had a Fleece auto diode kit which is much nicer than the Boost part. I connected the input signal from the parking lights to the the fog light trigger wire under the dash at the BCM connector and they come on with the parking lights. They stay on with the high beams since the parking lights are always on when the lights are on. With the aftermarket kit and the relay, you would wire the relay for power and ground and the signal wire would be to a tap on the headlight fuse under hood if you don't want to run a wire inside.

They require a whole new door wiring harness to work. I'm not sure what all is involved in the swap. Looks like Boost Auto is working on an upgrade kit. https://boostautoparts.com/products/2020 Personally I think they're hideous. I'm going to pick up a set of Zap & Snap clip on towing mirrors. They only about $65 and snap over the stock mirrors. A friend got a set for her Ram 1500 and they are easy on, easy off and fit very well. MUCH cheaper than swapping to factory mirrors.

I'm not on Facebook and want to know the details on this. I just added a heated one to my Custom. I already had the safety confidence package from the factory so I had all the other buttons. I wanted a factory leather wrapped wheel mostly. Having working heat was a hopeful stretch. An issue I have is noting another thread where someone had added an aftermarket hack to add navigation to their non navigation factory radio and when in for service, it was flashed with the latest software and it broke the aftermarket navigation add on. Will BCM changes outside of a GM dealer be at risk of being wiped if the dealer ever had to flash the BCM or update it for some other reason? I added GM accessory fog lights but they want an additional $160 for labor to program the BCM and have my truck for half a day to do it. I instead used a diode jumper off the parking lights to activate the fog lights since I already had the part from my past vehicle. Any hack like that to make the heated steering wheel work?

Try disconnecting the negative battery cable for about 10 minutes and reconnect and see what it does. I disconnected my battery for something else and when I hooked it back up and started the truck it gave me that same message. I opened and closed the window with no issues, but mine wasn't frozen shut either.

Search on here. Someone just recently found a take off one that was a paint match for their truck that came off a High Country. The harnesses are different and I believe the main gate works properly but the inner gate doesn't work. My dealer wasn't having luck finding a Custom Trail Boss with the Multi Flex tailgate and they priced out adding it and they were around $3500 for parts WITHOUT the needed BCM programming, if it could even be added. I ended up custom ordering what I wanted because they had an open allocation.

I hadn't seen the Trail Armor pieces for our gen trucks. It looks like a good area for rust to develop when you get salty water stuck in there during the winter.
