Wheel Sensor Reset When Rotating Tires?

I'm just curious, when I rotate my tires do I have to do anything to reset the sensors? They seem to work fine, but someone on another forum said you have to reset them or they are not accurate. Is that true?

Thanks

You must reference their location again since each monitor has a unique id associated with it. Look in your owners maunal for the directions. It is easy to do, but I have to read through it to make sure that I get it right.

They will still report the right pressures but they won't report them for the right locations. Follow the instructions in the owners manual to have them relearn their new locations. It is easy and takes around 3 minutes.

If I have two sets of tires/rims, one with sensors and one without...is there a way to deactivate the pressure sensors indicator in the dash...starting to bug me. (2007 GMC Sierra 1500)
