Paint Questions

I don't know if any of you know the difference in non-GM paint, this mix is going to match the official GM color I want, but the basecoat is Dupont Chromabase Mix. The higher priced paint's part number is KH* 01 and the less expensive is just straight K 01. The KH lists for $418, sells for $334 and the straight K sells for $251. Probably a shot in the dark but I would appreciate it very much if any one knows.

 

Also to get the old paint off, would Klean-Strip Aircraft stripper do the job on the whole truck (minus the bed, under the hood)?
