better luck next time. did it say WHY it shot u down? or was it just like...uh, nuh.

It read the tune and created the file just fine. Probably just a new(er) tune that they need to configure.

The scanner seemed to work fine...I'm hoping it has a status bit I can display so I can have a visual cue when AFM kicks in and out. That's probably going to be disabled in ShoddyTune v1.0

Easy fix. Email HP Tuners support and request the latest build of the beta VCM Suite (2.23). Most of the '09s aren't fully supported yet in the release software, but have been addressed in the beta. I had to do this as well when I tuned the '09 Envoy Denali I have.

So, do you do your own tuning? I don't know many tuners in MO, just the one up in Columbia, that has tuned my trucks before.

Thank you for the heads up. I figured it would be an easy fix. I just thought it was funny as hell. I'm in no hurry.

Yes, I've been tuning my LS2 GTO for two years. The reason why I'm tuning is because I took it to a shop in St. Louis and paid $400 for a shit tune. The guy also screwed up my cam install resulting in me almost dropping the #7 intake valve. I caught it in time to save the motor, but had to pull the heads.

I vowed that nobody would ever touch my car again unless I physically could not to the work myself. Two years later, and I have a fairly decent shop set up at home. I'm getting old, so it kicks my ass when I do it, but I'm an old aircraft mechanic and missed working on stuff anyway.
