Did this on a '97 W/T with a single bench which should not be much different. The replacement seat was a 40/20/40 drop-in assembly with 2 buckets and a center jump seat. All 3 seats were bolted onto a single cross-frame that bridged the floor hump and bolted to the outboard factory floor mounts.

The only issue (more of an annoyance) was the drivers seat was not centered behind the steering wheel. The jump seat interfered with the natural flexing of the bucket seats which compounded this problem. The jump seat could easily be removed (unbolt) and replaced with a narrower and simple console/armrest that would fix this issue.

Make damn sure you have all the wiring and airbag sensors installed properly. The 03+ trucks have all that stuff attached to the seats. The new seats must have it as well.
