Subthump Box And Shallow Sub Question

im looking to put a system in my truck now. tired of the door speakers rattling with the least bit of bass. had 2 10's in my trans am, gonna go for 2 12's this time. i have been looking at the subthump boxes, they seem well made and the company has good reviews.

 

my question is, how many of yall have these boxes in your trucks, how do they sound, and are the boxes as good as they look? also, im looking at the memphis 12" shallow mount subs. what are you guys running in your trucks, any recommendations? thanks a bunch

I have the single 10" box with a JL 10W3V3 in my crew cab and it sounds awesome. The box is well made and the optional black carpet is almost an exact match to the factory carpet, fast shipping as well. No complaints with Subthump at all.

I haven't heard of anything bad about the subthump boxes. As for the rattling door speakers, it's time to pop the door panels off and fix those speakers so they don't rattle! An easy job.

No I dont have any pics, but subthump has quite a few on their site. I think the ones in the pics on the site might be the standard color b/c my black carpet matches the factory carpet perfectly. Let me say that I am pleased with my setup. I had 2 12's in my last truck (JL 12W0's) and the one 10 sounds as good if not better. I am just running the 10 with the JL 250/1v2 amp as well.
