Abs Light On 2000 Chev 1 Ton

Hello People

I have a 2000 Chev, 1 ton, dump truck, 350, automatic. While diagnosing a vibration, I set off the ABS light running the truck on jack stands without the rear half of the driveshaft. Is there a simple fix to clear the codes and get the light out or does a scanner have to be used?

Disconnect the battery, go eat dinner and relax for a while, then reconnect battery. The CEL will clear and after you drive for about 50 miles or so everything will be reset.
