Ext cab vs crew cab....are the rear power window switches/mechanisms the same size

Before I trade in my ext cab all terrain I want to swap the "brushed alluminum" dash and window switch peices with the cheesy "wood grain" pieces from my new avalanche.

The only pieces that I am not sure if they are the same are the rear window switches

thx

To me, one faux finish plastic panel is as "cheesy" as the next.

Yeah, I'm curious too, why are you trading already? Didn't you just get that AT and doesn't it have the 6.2 6-speed?!?

didnt realize how non baby friendly the back seat of an ext cab is and the massive discount on a new 09 avalanche was also hard to pass up

Well its either wood grain or brushed alluminum...what would you prefer? The wood grain to me look so cheesy and cheap

Ahh both my kids grew up in the back of my extended cab. I always thought there was plenty of room. Also the truck was lifted and was super easy getting the kids in the seats due to the extra height.

But if you can swing the trade, then more power to ya... the extra room is nice.

That was the reason I ended up buying my Suburban. I was looking at many ex cab trucks, but a rear-facing baby seat would NOT fit in the back of an ex cab. I was looking for a crew cab or Avalanche so I'd have more back seat room but ended up getting a great deal on my Suburban. I do regret it every once in a while since I don't have an actual bed. But I can still tow just as much, and I can use my trailer if I ever wanna haul anything that you would haul in a truck bed.
