Shaking & Noise - 94 Gmc 1500 Pickup

My 94 GMC 1/2 ton pickup (4wd) vibrates and makes a vibration sound when I am stepping on the foot pedal, especially at 65-75 MPH. If I am traveling at that speed and take my foot off of the gas, the vibration and sound quits.

 

What could be my problem? I am suspecting the rear end, or axle and maybe even the transmission.
