Picture In Signature

I've tried several times to insert a picture in my signature, but can't get it. I copy and paste the URL....and nope.

Are you using the 4th button from the left in the header of the "edit signature" window? This is the "insert picture" button that a window opens for the url.

Also, there's a size limit that may be keeping you from inserting a picture.

The space where I am supposed to put the URL has this in it initially <B><U></U></B>

Do I need to use part of that? I've tried several different combinations.
