Z82 Connection And Fuse

I own a 2006 Chevy 2500 HD. I bought a new cargo trailer and am hooking up eclectric brakes. I used the harness in the glove box, Plugged it into the black box under the dash into the second from the left (TOP) Where does the fuse go? There are the same type of fuses under the hood but no place to plug it in. Please help, probably a simple deal.

  Ha!! So GM Customer service, ive already been talking with someone on your email team and there is nothing they can do. So pretty consistent with everyone else’s experience- you can do NOTHING.. worthless emails. Sure glad i have 4 GM cars on our family cuz now its clear you dont care.. Sad and pathetic.
