Not Even A "pound Salt" Reply

I have bought two sets of wheels and tires from 4Wheel Parts in the last 5 years. I have always been satisfied but never had to ask any questions before. Three emails to them with what I think is a pretty simple question have gone unanswered. I just blasted off a fourth (not as friendly) and expect no different. Here is what I am asking. A set of wheels for my last truck (Nissan Titan) share the bolt pattern with my new ride (2009 Sierra). Now although they share a lug pattern I believe the actual size of the lug is different. I also know that factory lug nuts won't work as the AR wheels require a thin wall lug nut. I asked them to verify if they are in fact a different size and if so provide a part number and price quote for the correct lug nut compatible with the aftermarket wheels. I know they won't make much money off this deal but I am a repeat customer who is now far less likely to buy from them again. In my last message I asked at least a "pound salt" reply. Have any of you folks dealt with these guys and do you have any advice that may help me? Any info on the lug nut situation or suggestions on getting customer service from this outfit is appreciated

This is pretty negative but I wouldn't expect any answer to that question from 4WP. If they do answer, I would not trust it. They are there to sell product and make money- that's it. If you buy from them do the research and know what you need, then order it from them and triple check that it is the part you need. They will not help you otherwise and if they mess up the order, just get your money back and walk away. 4WP has no customer service department, and they don't care. That's the usual experience that my friends and I have gotten from them.

They did respond to this message claiming not to have received any of the others. Strange, I sent them all to the same address. I also got the info I needed and some suggestions on other things I may need from a supporting vendor on a Titan site. They suggested hub rings as the hubs on the Titan are larger and gave me a link to the items I need. I have never bought from them before but that is about to change.
