Exhaust Tip

Does GM make an exhaust tip for the OE exhaust on a 2006 Silverado??? I know they make one for the 900's OE system but is the 900's exhaust the same as the 800's??

I would think the OE exhaust tip for the NNBS trucks would work on your '06. Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but my '03 halfton OE exhaust is 2.75" OD and I believe that is the same on the NNBS trucks. My exhaust on my '03 is the same as on my dads '07 halfton anyways.

 

As long as the OD on the exhaust pipe is the same on your truck and on the newer trucks that use the OE tip, I wouldn't see a problem using the tip.
