K1500 Suburban Front End Noise Over All Bumps...cand Figure It Out

Hi, i need some help. I have a 1999 K1500 Suburban and it has a rattle noise over small and large bumps in the front end. It sounds like its coming from the right front. It doesn't sound like a tie rod or bad ball joint. We had it up on the hoist 3 times already and everything is tight. We even removed the front stabi bar thinking the end links were bad but the noise remained. It is more noticeable at slow speeds over small cracks on the road. Any suggestions would be appreciated. I think somthing is loose or touching when the suspension has full load applied on it.

 

ALso, does anyone know the proper technique for putting the front stabi bar back in this thing?....its a pain in the arse!
