my garage man said I nedd a new "exzenter" (in German) how is that part named

 

in English?

Is this an original part and where can I get it in the US?

Exzenter means eccentric in English. Maybe he's talking about the bolts?

no I know what bolts are it is just the flat part that is between the bolt and bracket...better seen on pic 2

12472859 is the GM cam kit number. I would bet that Moog has a kit also.
