2009 Intake Manifold Gasket

Does anybody know if GM is still using the plastic intake manifold gasket in the 2009 4.3L engine? I just bought an 09 Silverado with the 4.3L, and I know the gasket has been a problem in the past. I forgot to ask when I got it. Thanks for the help.

All I could find was a TSB outlining procedures to get it to seal better. Still looking to see if the material was changed.

These were the ones covered in the class action law suit so I would think they were fixed after 2000.
