I am having problem with my heater in my 2007 Silverado NNBS. It has the 5.3L. I only get hot air when it is at max temp of 90 degrees. when it is at a lower temp like 80 it is like blowing cold air. I was wondering if I could fix this or have to take it to a delaer.

No I haven't I will check it today.

If it's ok, I'd try the HVAC recalibration procedure. I'm not on my usual computer where I have a link to it. Try searching this site. Basically disconnect both battery leads. Wait a bit. reconnect. Key on, but don't start it. Don't mess with any HVAC controls yet. HVAC doors will cycle during this procedure. After a minute you can key off. Then start it up and take it for a spin. it may take more than 1 start/stop cycle to act correctly. Worth a shot, doesn't cost anything to try it
