1999 Bravada

I have a 99 bravada that would not start this morningdue to sub zero temp.I pulled it into my heated shop and it started up after an hr of warming but now the heater motor does not work.I tested the fuse but I got no lite on either side of the fuse took the fuse out and got no lite in the fuse terminal .Is there a relay before the fuse that could be bad?The other night I noticed it was not running but I went about a quarter mile and it came on and worked fine up until tonight.I was just hoping to find someone else that may have had this problem .After 3 weeks of nothing but none care related problems it figures the care would step up to the plate today .Thanks for the help in advance Gary Alley Verona NY

Was that the HVAC fuse in the IP fuse block or the HVAC fuse in the underhood fuse block?
