How Do You Properly Adjust Belt Tension?

This always has me worried because I don't want to leave the belt loose and have it slipping and burning. Then on the other hand, I don't want to burn out the bearings in my accessories if its too tight. What's a good rule of thumb for tensioning? I had to remove the factory tension pully for the SC install and noticed the belt on the left side of the pully has a lot of play (the one with the arrow pointing to it). But that travels a long ways to the next pully, so I don't know if its supposed to flap around a lot.

Did the supercharger come with a manual? Is there information on the website? Possibly try calling the manufacturer and asking them? I would think they would know the exact answer more than us and you'd get a quicker response by calling them.
