World Of Wheels Auto Show in Milwaukee

Just heard on the radio that the world of wheels auto show in Milwaukee is this weekend. Glad I heard that, I thought it wasn't until february. So, I'm going to head down there saturday most likely. I'll bring my buddy along and his really nice digital camera for some pics of the cars.

I like it last year, there was about 250 pre 1975 muscle cars and 2 or 3 ricer mobiles. That's the kind of ratio I like. There were a few trucks there a well. The one I remember is "Bigfoot" it's a f***, but it was cool. Blue, dually w/ some 36's on it. Looked really sweet. I hope my friends want to go.

Anyone else going to go?

I havent been to inpressed with the World of Wheels show here in KC. For the past 3 or 4 years, it has been 95% ricers and pimp mobiles. The only good car there was a 1971 Curios yellow 440 6 pack 'Cuda. But, it got sold and hasnt been in the show for about 2 years. The car is here in KC now, so maybe the new owner will take her back.

John, Chicago's WoW is in early February. Our club is showing again. Last time I showed my car in it, there were a ton of ricers, lowriders, 24k gold chain bikes, etc, etc.

I'm hoping there's no ricers there and that it's all pure american muscle. There was one car, some toyota convertible that this guy had painted like the jungle w/ his kids picture on the side. It was too funny.

But, my buddies bringing his digital w/ a 300mb card so we'll get lots of pictures for everyone to drool over.

When you walk in and see a 1976 Buick Electra LeSabre that sits in Matchbox wheels with the requisite hydraulics had the interior completely gutted, then turned into a "round lounge" (one big couch in a circle with a table in the center) all done in the ever so fashionable crushed velour and the car has the sparkly metallic paint job, you know you've arrived. ???
