anything i can do to halt the rust on my rear grey painted bumper?

Sand it down and put a rust inhibiting paint on it like Rustoleum.

Honestly i dont know what it is with the WT bumbers. I had one color matched to my truck by a local body shop and it rusted from the inside out. I keep all my stuff spotless and make sure to wash mud, salt, dirt out of the bumper at every wash. Good luck cause I couldnt stop it with paint, undercoating, anything.

that might be covered under the factory corrosion warranty. if nor i would suggest using por15 and repainting it.
