Wipers

I have a 2003 silverado 1500 LT and first started having issues with cruise control not engaging, if i pressed in the button rapidly i could get the light to flicker on the dash, that's it. Then maybe a day later or so it would be fine. Now another problem started and its my wipers, they jump across the windshield going in both directions, its not like when you have bad blades is almost seems to wanna kick back, only does it on the slower speeds, on high its fine. and sometimes the wiper fluid will not work but then i tried pushing the button fast like the cruise and it eventually came on. think its the whole signal lever that needs to be changed? thanks, Clint

It sounds to me like your lever has a short in it somewhere since its just not one thing that is going wrong. If it was JUST the cruise or JUST the wipers, then it would be a different story. I say replace the lever and you should be good to go.
